This is basically an ad for potential crew over the year.
 
First of all a little about myself.
My name is Dean Taylor and I live in Swanage. I'm only 24, but I've sailed over 50'000nm in deliveries all over Europe, plus a few transats as well. I've skippered for Global Yacht Services and free lance for the last 3 years. I'm Yachtmaster Ocean qualified.  
 
Here are the job(s) I have in hand for the time being.

On Tuesday the 15th of April I have a Dufour 34 Yacht to move from Plymouth to a brokerage in Burnam-on-Crouch, which is above the Thames Estuary. Total mileage is about 350nm, though most my deliveries are between 1500 and 3000nm. I require two crew, which is the typical number for most deliveries and weather permitting it should take no more than 5 days includeing travel. Ideally anyone interested should have there own waterproofs, boots, lifejacket etc and of course at least some knowledge of sailing yachts, though I often find dinghy sailors are of more use than most day skippers. There may also be another two 34's to go immediately after the first arrives. It would still be good to know if you're available for the others, even if you can't do the first one to go. The usual deal is that travel to and from the vessel is covered, as well as onboard expenses (food). However there is no pay involved for crew usually, but experience guaranteed.
