Ham cooked with Cassia Bark & Honey, sliced and served with diced peppers, onions, sweetcorn & cucumber. Finished with a honey vinaigrette glaze.
Fillet steak marinated & grilled, topped with a swirl of noodles cooked with Yutaka Japanese Mirin
Escallop of Salmon steamed & served with a cream Champaign sauce infused with; julienne of carrots tarragon, mushrooms, Prawns & tomato concasse.
Vanilla Ice Cream served on a slice of pineapple finished with sprinkling of chopped Pistachio & a pineapple, lemon, maple sauce.
