GP Watercraft Southwest Topper Open Training and Traveller 7 at Swanage Sailing Club

Swanage Sailing Club is proud and incredibly excited to be hosting the GP Watercraft Southwest Topper Open Training and Traveller 7 event this September. Below you'll find the details you'll need for the weekend.

Entering the event

Entries must only be through the ITCA website (see below). Entries close on Friday 11th September. Topper sailors can choose to enter for the Training Day, the Race Day, or both days. There are no late entries permitted, and no toppers are allowed to 'turn up' at SCC expecting to take part on either day.

Parking and offloading

Sailors should unload/unhook their Toppers outside our gates and then wheel them into our car park. Cars shall be parking at Broad Rd Car Park or nearby.

Catering

The galley & bar will be offering the following refreshments and food.

Saturday 19 September

From approx 8.30am: Fresh coffee, tea, breakfast baps, £3.50 each, filled with bacon/sausages/cheese. Soft Drinks, snacks. (crisps, biscuits)

Lunch Tomato pasta bake bowls, £5 each, for the competitors/sailors available by pre booking online with payment. We understand they may only have 30 minutes ashore in between training sessions.

Sunday 20 September

From approx 9am: Fresh coffee, tea, breakfast baps, as Saturday. Soft drinks, snacks.

Lunch : Normal Sunday lunch available by pre booking online with payment. Roast beef is currently on the menu.

From 3pm: Filled baps with roast beef or maybe pulled pork, £5 each, to be available for the competitors when they come in off the water.
