Swanage Carnival Sea Stig Racing 2026
We had an amazing 76 competitors in the inaugural Sea Stig Racing at the sailing club last week during the 2026 Swanage Carnival. The winners of the different age groups and courses were: 6 - 11 short course : George Lake and Rowan Hoad who both had 1 minute 46 seconds 6 - 11 long course : Thomas Ashdown with a time of 2 minutes 47 seconds. All Comers race
Summer All Comers Race The inaugural All Comers Race did what it was designed to do on Sunday, i.e. bring together sailors of all standards in a fun, low pressure race. Great to see juniors out there for the first time and others who we rarely/never see on the racecourse. We applied a bronze and silver fleet where we favourably altered the handicaps.
