RYA Pathway Coach development day

For all Club dinghy instructors, especially those involved with Junior race training

Practical sessions working with the club coaches on racing session delivery. Workshops with the club coaches designing and then running racing sessions which allow the sailors to progress and receive feedback without input from a coach. Shore sessions when there is too much or no wind to allow sailing.
