Dinghy Instructor Training briefing

On Thursday 1st December at 6pm at the club we are holding an evening meeting where our very own RYA "Instructor Trainer" Tom Webster will explain what is involved in training to be a Dinghy Instructor. Tom has volunteered to run our DI training events.

This event is open to anyone who is considering being an instructor or just wants to be an AI. I would encourage anyone thinking about this to come along. You will learn what it takes and be able to judge if you will succeed. Do not prejudge yourself. If any existing DI's want to come and encourage people that would be great.

I would also emphasise that we are designing a process that ensures the only people who go and do the full course will be those who will enjoy it and be successful.

Do let Chris Radford know if you are coming. But you can just turn up on Thursday.
